Claudia Vespa graduated at Federico II University in Napoli in 2003, when she started working as a lawyer.

She practices law in all the Italian Courts and in 2021 she was admitted to practice in the Italian High Court.

She brings over twenty years of legal experience working at her own law firm in Naples, Italy.

She also assists non-Italian citizens with any legal issues they may have in Italy, or specifically covered under Italian jurisdiction.

She is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in a wide range of areas of law. The areas she  practices in are wills, trusts and estates, family law, commercial contracts, damages and compensation, and medical liability, labour and social security law, sports law, European Union law.

She loves sports and, for this reason, in 2019 she studied to become a Sports Lawyer. Currently, she is an effective member of the Federal Court of Appeal of the Italian Paralympic Federation of Table Football (FPICB), an alternate member of the Federal Court of the Italian Weightlifting Federation (FIPE) and an alternate Sports Judge of the Italian Federation of Sports Dance (FIDS)

She is also a member of the Italian Association of Sports Lawyers (AIAS).
